Blood sugar reading this morning before breakfast was 176.
Things to get done
Tomorrow night I will be making this journal into a food journal plus I will be posting my blood sugar readings in here also.
Thursday I will be calling the IRS to set up a payment schedule to pay where we have ended up owing for the last few years.
I also will be getting a food stamp application to fill out for me and my husband and helping my mother fill her food stamp application out.

Changes to this blog
Starting either the first of next week, or Dec. 1st I will be making this journal into a food journal, and a place to keep track of my blood sugar readings each day as well.
